Timmy took care of you. But if you have to ask them it the one for dual altenators. that goes around the belt. Thats what I heard on here from others. Mine came this way e99 and doesn't have dual atl's but future models some didn't. Chet

When the counter guy looks it up at Napa it is listed under ambulance package.

Thanks guys. Got to replaced water neck its leaking and going to get the new hose to will im doing it. Thanks again...

Gates part number for upper hose is 22433, lower is 22434.
