Correct. The Dana 70 front axle used on a few medium duty trucks uses the same U-joint but larger outer shafts with 35 splines. What someone figured out is that you could put the Dana 70 outer shaft and hub on to improve the strength.
Unless you're putting giant tires on or planning on really hammering it off road I wouldn't worry about it. Just put regular hubs on it and you'll probably never break it.
