Been looking at a 2012 f 350 6.7 cc, just wondering if anyone wishes they should of kept there previous truck, I currently have a 04 chev ext cab duramax a good truck with only 35000 miles( pre def and exhaust filter) it averages 16 city and 22 highway, I am thinking on trading while it is still worth something, as you can see I dont put a lot of miles on and I like the new super duty, I have owned 5 previous ford trucks including a 99 super duty v-10 and currently have a 09 250 super duty 5.4.
I too had a 99 V10, then a 2002 V10, now the 2011 6.7L. I was concerned this being a first model, and first build date, but it has turned out to be great. The power and comfort and overall truck has been great. The DEF usage concerned me but hasn't been that much at all.
No regrets at all. My truck is just over four months old, just shy of 7,000 miles, and absolutely nothing but a pleasure to drive. I traded in my '05 6.0 without any regret.
Had an 05 duramax with 265000 kms before my '11 6.7. Don't miss driving the duramax, miss the mileage. Not really complaining about the 6.7 its doing well for 1 ton with a lift, but my cartruck duramax did get a steady 23 mpg. Very happy with my 6.7 TRUCK!
Had my 7.3 for 10 years, great truck, no problrms other than the usual trans failure. loved the truck.....But this new 6.7 450 is a down right pleasure to drive and tow with.
No regrets.

I'm with all the rest! This is the first Ford I've had........always had Dodges and 1 Duramax. This is by far the most comfortable and complete truck I've ever driven. I feel I've been missing the boat all these years. You shouldn't be disappointed at all....Good Luck!
