No regrets. Had the CEL problem for about 4 months and the techs on here did an amazing job of helping out my dealership. The CEL meant nothing other than an annoying light on. The mileage was great but I destroyed it with my mods. It is the price to pay with a lift and bigger tires etc. I love my truck. Get tons of compliments on it every where I go. Last night I went to the grocery store and an older gentleman in an 11 bronze F250 stopped and told me how great the truck looked. He said he was going to "get that 50 gallon tank installed today". I told him that Ford would recalibrate his computer to read the tank and he said he had no idea and thanked me.

Years ago, I used to dream of having a Ford SD chassis, the Cummins motor, the Allison trans, the top of the line silverado HD seats.

Now, this '11 SD is all I need. I do miss the chevy captains chairs though, they were nice leather with a fold down arm rest, very comfy, had great adjustment with the 7 or 9 way power too. The seats in my truck def do the job tho, no complaints.

Regret #1: That they didn't come out with the '11 in '05, before I bought my previous truck.

Regret #2: That I didn't trade my previous truck in the moment the '11s became available.

26,000 miles. No regrets. Last truck I will buy. Been a Ford Man my whole Life. This truck is a beast and Luxurious at the same time. From the 4x4 in mud/dirt to a night on the town cleaned-up. Serves both purposes and the envy of many.

You will have NO regrets!

Love my truck. Will be rolling up to Iowa tomorrow with a ton and a half of explosives. Don't even know it's back there. Impressed the hell out of the DOT scale **** last time I was up there. He may be sporting one by now.

had an 05 F250 Lariet - loved the truck but traded it for an 08 Lariet - loved that truck but hated the mileage. Traded it off on the new 2011, its the best of all of them.
this truck is simply amazing, you won't be sorry.

To be fair, there have been 3 or 4 folks post here that have had big frustrations with their new trucks. The same folks have not been around, or, posting for a while. I think they all got angry because they thought they were getting flamed all the time because they were making big claims that Ford should not have released the 6.7.

Anyway, it was common for someone to post "don't say anything bad about the 6.7 or you'll get flamed".

Just kinds bringin a reality check here. Machines can and do have manufacturing problems on occasion.

My truck is amazing and so is most everyone else's here.
