Train horns!!
At the first chance I get. I am purchasing a set of train horns to punish the idiots who cut of 9k lb full size trucks! Especially the idiots who hit the turning lanes and leave their rear bumpers hanging out in the highway. I have been watching Craigslist for full kits but it seems like I'm always a hour late.
I know they are illegal in my state of TN but my buddy has them on his RAM and they are awesome.

Just don't get a package that has some little tiny half gallon air tank. The horns will blow through the pressure in just a few seconds and the horns don't sound as intimidating as they're running out of air. Sounds more like a sigh than a horn.

Not sure what set I have, 4 big black horns.. but got them for Christmas one year and it was the BEST present I have ever received.. I use them everyday!
I plan on transferring them over to my SD, right now I only have a two gallon air tank but have a fresh new 10 gallon ready to go!

Pick up a compressor that is 100% duty cycle. The pump can run all day long and you won't have to wait for it to cool off. I have 17 gallons at 200psi. Horn will blow a solid 10 minutes. Use the air for tools, and filling tires.
