I would unhook both of the batteries then unhook them from each other....then test (voltage test with a mltimeter) in the am and see wich one is low. If you leave them both hooked to each other...the bad one may/will drain the good one.
Come winter the truck doesn't want to start on one battery. How do I know? Last winter I had one of the ground wires to the block corrode and open up. The little body ground wire kept the left battery charged up but wouldn't help starting. Both batteries tested full and fine. As soon as I put a new ground wire on starting problems went away.
