Went to leave this morning. I hit the unlock button on my key. I noticed nothing happened. I tried the keypad on the door and nothing happened. I unlocked the door with the key and got in. I put the key in the ignition and tried to start the truck. No power. Instrument panel does not come on. Nothing. Any suggestions?
Let us know how it turns out. I know it is frustrating with a new truck but keep your cool. Getting mad at it won't help anything. I do that all too often so I speak from experience
On a wild side thought... maybe a battery cable came off? If everything is dead it sounds like there is a break in the circuit somewhere. I would think even if the batteries had a little bit of juice you would see something.
I agree about the dead batteries. My 3-month-old Mustang just did this to me a couple weeks ago after sitting for ~50 hours.
If you can't jump it just have it towed to the dealer for proper diagnosis. You also might want to try jiggling the cables on the batteries to make sure you don't just have a bad connection.
