I agree with the use of terminology and even the design or purpose and it's effectiveness, however so that the OP can get some slack, here are the installation instructions, showing to install it on the cold side charge tube. Useless in my opinion as well, but here is some info.

Makes for good reading.

Humor makes me laugh, and that's a good thing!

Slide open a boot. Insert a restrictor. Slide boot back into place to hide it. Place sticker prominently to avoid failing smog.

What horse doo-doo......!

Ha Marv you made me laugh out loud, I agree, I was just showing they do exist and are even sold by some "Diesel Performance" outlets.

I see I have just added further confusion to the thread, we do not have a throttle body, yet that is what the company Air Raid is calling their, spacer/restriction.

Whats funny is people use them on EFI vehicles also and they mix the Fuel and Air after the Spacer...

To the OP, did you get a chance to look at the old Radiator?

The transmission cooler lines come up the passenger side framer rail. Right before they get to the end of the rail they go from steel to rubber.

You will need a couple of 3/8 barb sittings to install in the radiator then just take one of those transmission lines and route it through the radiator cooler.
