What's the going rate for a used hood in good shape and fenders that need work. Can't find any price besides new.

 

The last time I sold a hood, which was about 5-6 years ago, I think I got something like $50 for a very nice hood. The problem is they are so big it's hard to ship them. I shipped one from WI to NY using Greyhound, at the time I think it was about $75.

As for fenders it depends on what size fenders. F-1 fenders in decent, repairable shape bring a better price than the fenders for a F-2 to F-6. F-1 can bring anywhere from $100-200 a piece is they are in decent shape. The larger fenders of the same condition maybe 25% less. It really depends on if you're selling or buying. How much you're willing to sell them for or how much you're willing to buy them for.

 

Ditto what Bob said. hoods are a hard item to sell, guess thats why I have so many extra's from parts collecting as they are usually a local type sell, although I did ship one once via Greyhound from Salt Lake to Virgina, it was probably around $100+- ?

I noticed your from Ontario? thats gona cost even more $$$$ to ship if you find one in the states? keep looking maybe you'll find one close by??

btw I do have a 48-50 hood available if you don't end up finding one.
