I'm taking the Under-car Specialty with (hopefully if its not cancelled) High Performance Engines along with their Associates' Degree program. And as an update I'm continuing to make straight A's. I'm currently taking the A/C and interior components class. Soon I'll be EPA legal to fix A/C systems($$$$$)!!
Just thought I'd join in. I'm from Normandy, TN which is about twenty minutes South of Manchester. Manchester is where the whole Bonarroo scene throws down for those of you that don't know where Manchester is.
Thanks!! It's A LOT of work but its worth it! After doing 6 years, I've got it down to a science. To see kids' faces light up when they see it, and see peoples' reaction as I drive by or pass them on the interstate is priceless.
Im in md now but thinking of relocating to the lebonon area. i will be down in two weeks for a job interveiw at the international dealership. still need to find a rental property with a garage. and it seems no one in the area allows pitbulls. i refuse to part with my dog. Any advise on either a heavy truck mechanic job or the the pitbull friendly rental property would be appriciated. thanks, dan
Alrighty. All of us in the Murfreesboro area decided to create us a thread so we can communicate better. We are including all of middle Tennessee. This is a general thread, so we can chat, arrange localized meets, help each other out when we need that extra pair of hands, help with finding parts, and get rid of that confusing "new member from Murfreesboro" title, lol. So Davidson, Wilson, Williamson, Cheatham, Sumner, Robertson, Cannon, Dekalb, (to name a few) and anyone else within stone's throw, come on in!!

It's a nice area. There are some places to find to rent. Keep your eyes open.

I'm actually from Lebanon. There are plenty of places that are pet friendly. I do know of the bias against pits recently. If your pit isn't aggressive, maybe you can have a vet or other authority create a type of document stating it doesn't have a violent or aggressive personality. May help some. I know there is a heavy truck shop behind the Pilot on I-40, but don't know if they are hiring. There is also a local diesel shop for light trucks called Cedar City Diesel you may be interested in if they're hiring. And for your own sake, don't pronounce Lebanon like it rhymes with dawn or fawn. I'll spell it like it's said: Le-bin-in, Leb-nen, or Le-ben-an should keep you from being run out of town, lol! Welcome to Lebanon!!
