Big problem
My 08 F-350 had the Engine lock-up and ford couldn't find the problem after a week in the shop and $600 later, I towwed it home and tore the engine out myself and I couldn't find any thing wrong until! I took the high presure fuel injection pump out and now the engine turns great, However $1169.50 from Ford for a pump. I would like to find one a little cheaper....HELP!!!!

You probably can get the stuff sent to you from www.partsguyed.com cheaper than the local dealer.
Do you have the repair manuals? If so they should also indicate replacement of some of the fuel lines and stuff for the injectors if removed them. So yes you will need more than just the pump probably.
Did you do the cab off method or just torn it apart with the cab on?
