Angry I got TCI'd again...

No...not the transmission kind....the OTHER one...

...got an email frrom JPL Street Rods is Pennsylvania regarding the
anti-sway bar I ordered for my TCI IFS that hit my front porch last
Friday...with some wierd hand-scribbling on the box "sort" of referencing
model-years 4*-52 ...........

...sent a couple emails & did not hear anything back right away......SO
I thought everything was KOOL........nada......

I JUST got off the phone with "someone" @ JPL....they are sending the
correct bar A.S.A.P. along with a "call-tag" inside in the box....

...for ME to bust OPEN THE BOX...while the UPS driver STANDS THERE...

...PUT THE TAG...on the OLD BOX....so the UPS driver can take the
incorrect part back to........I don't care-ville...

They have been getting a "rash" of WRONG parts lately......

THIS will be my LAST TCI part order...for sure......just SAD really...

It's a good thing I was just asking about about this part...

NO part number on ANY of the reciepts...wanna know why? JPL didn't
know what the part number was...'cause NOBODY has one...!@#$%^&*()_...

...THANKS TCI...who is in the middle of a part number revision"...according
to "someone" on the TCI disaster phone # last week....AND.....GOOD LUCK
trying to get a catalog...HA_HA... ...

STILL working on this order that I started 6-30-2011...BEWARE...

Check your TCI orders 15+ times....do whatever ya gotta do......

OK...I feel a little better.....just thought I'd warn everyone!......

Do you think it might be as much JPL’s doing as TCI?

They (JPL) did me bad!

Not that it means anything but the sway bar that came with my Heidts didn’t fit either, so I made it fit,………………………. I think, maybe?

My TCI 4 yrs ago was perfect on 1st shipment, sway bar and all.

my non TCI this year was a mess, 7 shipments to get it right.
and I think I will buy extended tie rod ends to replace the rack extensions they gave me.. cause the rack extensions require new boots.. if anyone ever had to replace the rack, this would be a pita finding new boots

I ordered my rear anti-sway bar from JPL and had no problem at all...

Don't get me started on TCI who I paid $900 to have the chassis delivered to my door. They (trucking company) dropped it off at a warehouse and told me they couldn't get a truck up to my house. "Come get your chassis." TCI was no help clearing up that mess. After the chassis sat in a warehouse for a few weeks, the trucking company was able to deliver it after-all. None of that was mentioned while I was ordering it.
