leafspring bushings

I just ordered two new sets of leafsprings for my truck. How many bushings will I need? I'm assuming there's two for each side of the springs (front and back of each spring), but are all of them the same size?

The brackets are pretty good. its just that I have a few broken leaves so I'm replacing both packs. I'd like to go with poly bushings if I can find a kit
