I noticed that I could use to replace the body bushings that are on my 92 F150. I saw a few while under the truck that are very worn. So I went to a web site which has a lot of truck parts and got immediately confused with the choices. I saw some kits with 12 bushings and some with a lot more than that.
So I am not sure what to buy. Does my truck even have 12 bushings?
If someone with experience can clarify, I would greatly appreciate it. Ultimately I would like a kit to do them all at once, I just don't know what the right kit would be.
You have 6 mounts from body to frame. They have 1 bushing on top of the mount and 1 on bottom of the mount. This is why your seeing 12. Any more than 12 must be spring eye bushings, rad arm bushings, traction arm bushings, and maybe motor or trans mount bushings. Basically a whole kit.
