I would investigate it further for sure. Make sure it is seated properly and whole housing isn't moving. Pull the cap off and check for side to side movement. Also check the contacts in cap for signs of damage. Worn bushings will cause that and usually show up as a miss you can't track down. Could be the springs holding the cap on are weak and allowing the cap itself to move.
