They quoted me with the BDS shocks but I was kinda thinking about Bilstein 5100's. Can anyone give me a comparison between the two? If not I will settle for general opinions.

I can't advise for your particular application, but I put a set of BDS shocks on my 99 Wrangler with 5" of lift and they were great... For about three months until they wore out. I just put a set of Bilsteins on last week and so far, so good. They were three times as much, but no one, from hardcore fourwheelers to daily drivers talks trash about Bilsteins.
I installed 5100's and 120,000 miles later I assumed they were bad from being old and worn. I pulled them off to replace with another set of 5100's and the old ones were as good as the new.
I won't use anything else. Bilsteins are a good product.
