Shuddering, CEL, and 9 Codes

Shuddering, CEL, and 9 Codes

After my shuddering wouldnt go away and the CEL spit out codes for Camshaft pos actuators, timing issues, etc.. I talked with my buddy who said he had the same codes on a truck in their shop, and it ended up being the alternator.

I pulled the sensor from the alt and reset the codes, no CEL. So i changed the alternator. Still not it. Truck is shuddering, extremely low acceleration, spitting and sputtering, almost backfiring too.

Now CEL is back on with codes -
P0018 Pending - Cam/Crankshaft Pos. Correlation Sensor A -Bank 2
P0022 - Camshaft Position Actuator A - Bank 2 Timing Over-Retard
P0020 Pending - Camshaft Position Actuator A - Bank 2 Circuit Malfunction
P0022 Pending - Camshaft Position Actuator A - Bank 2 Timing Over-Retard

P0300 Pending- Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0307 Pending- Cylinder 7 Misfire Detected
P0308 Pending- Cylinder 8 Misfire Detected
P0345 Pending- Camshaft Position Sensor A - Bank 2 Cicuit Malfunction

(What does the "pending" actually mean?)

I have an appt with Ford tomorrow. Could it be the VCT Solenoids?? Or could it be the Camshaft Position Sensor??

Im not looking forward to what Ford says... Any ideas??
