Electric fan woes
I have picked up an electric fan for my 1988 F-250. I got it mounted up to the radiator and put power to it but nothing happened. I was told it was a good fan when I got it (probably should have checked it for myself) but is there anything else to it besides the hot wire and ground? The numbers on it are PA66-GF+M-38 and ARMC 0218.0280C. There is a Ford emblem on it so it is an OEM fan from something ford. If anyone can help me out I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks all.

There's only two wires coming off the fan motor: black and black with red stripe. I was just planning to run it off a toggle switch in the cab. This truck only a mud rig so full functionality isn't importent to me.
