Never bought this new of a truck from a dealer. I really like the screw FX series of the F150. I need the long bed and they seem hard to come by. Is 29500 out the door an okay price for this truck?

I think what most of the responders failed to note was that the truck you are looking at is an FX with upgraded leather and 20" rims while the vehicles they are comparing it to were XLTs and STXs, both cheaper models. Have you kelly blue booked it?
I honestly don't think you are too far off and that 27-30k would be the right price on a '10 FX2.

Try for a new one for that price or demand another 3K off.

If the OP thinks he's getting a good deal then he's getting a good deal. As I stated before, the price of used trucks is ridiculous and a new truck can be had for very similar money and with potentially better financing terms, the full warranty and all of the dealer / factory incentives.
If he did a deal on a comparable 4x2 truck and compared the numbers, I'll wager that he'll come out as good or better.
