insulation in fender

insulation in fender

On my driverside fender next to the 6637 is a black bag full of insulation im assuming for sound deading. seems like i would get a little cooler air with out it. should i just pull it out and pitch it?

In the large oval shaped hole? You can pull that out. Thats the hole that the AIS intake uses for more/cooler air.
