Weird starting problem
For the last year or so my truck has been running great. Except for the fact that when I try to start it after it's still hot it won't start unless I press the throttle about half way down. Normally it isn't such a problem except when getting gas or just stopping in the store real quick. But it's getting worse, I just about had it towed yesterday b4 it finally started. A few months ago I checked the ficm and got 48v both pre and post starting so I don't think that's the problem. If no one can think of another issue I may have to replace the ficm anyway. Because I can't think of anything else it could be. HPOP?

I use scangauge II
but you probably have a bad STC fitting or dummy plugs in the hporail

funny though pushing the gas pedel really does nothing as its all wires. if you had an issue with you should have a light and a buch of app codes to go with it.
