Mine does not smoke, If I floor it I won't even see a barely a haze of black, IP is probably about 1 flat up.(I turned it too much up at first and then back down so I have no clue where it is) The pyro goes up to 800 on the highway after running for a while empty.

It all depends, on the highway about 2 psi at 1900rpms, when I pass a chevy on the truway about 7-9 and when I am going up hill passing a semi, 12psi. I have yet to report numbers with towing.

Thanks im very pleased with it so far, what filter setup do u think would be better? The stock ats air box or the big 12" x 8" 6637 filter? It almost seems like it is suficating half of it by the hood

Making more boost than you have fuel to use really just heats the air charge even more, and will actually cause a loss in power. Even if it does smoke just a little matted with a load, as long as the pyro is happy Id say its fine.

as far as the air goes i would almost say that the stock box with air from the ram of the cowl would be better because of pulling outside cooler air. I have a setup very similar to what you have now, but after seein what a fellow idi member started to build for an air box ive since started to build myself one to pull for both ram and cowl

you say you have hit 800* empty? first chance you get, through a good heavy load on there and pull up a hill, that will give you some high egts. That way you can make sure that they dont get too high on ya. Also itll give ya chance to see how that turbo really helps also to see your psi

Only problem is I only have a 14ft aluminum boat to tow lol

with the crossoverpipe being wraped it does seem to spool faster..also for the ram air, warm vs cold air thing, since i already had the radiator support removed for the N/A ram air, i just took the big plastic end that i cut to fit grill and just butted it up agiant the side of 6637... i figured while driving is gotta be better than nothing by at least getting more direct cold air(so far it seem to be) seems kinda trashy but hey what the heck. and by the way i think im done messing with the fuel, maybe just wastegate a turn or 2 more. then call it good

thanks for all the help guys
