A/C trouble
With A/C on all the air comes out the defroster, even after the turn the dial for face and feet or just face. I need some help, am at a loss. And the heat does not help.

You have a vacuum leak.
Could be in the 4WD system (hub or solenoid) if you have 4WD; or it could be the gray vacuum line has become disconnected from your heater shut-off valve (near the MAP sensor); or it could be in the climate control "blend door" system.
