Soft Brakes

Just bought a 97 F450 and the brakes were working fine untill a couple days ago. The brakes would work then without warning they go all the way to the floor with little braking power, I could pump them to get hard again but now they won't even pump hard just soft all the time

If it goes near the floor and you're not losing fluid, the only thing it can be is the master cylinder.
