ok so to make sure i got this right make the area that im gonna start the burn in wet as in flooded or just a light rain type of wet? and then hold the breaks (ABS) at half and slowly push the break in or mash it? get tires spinning and once i see some smoke slowly release the breaks...

or is this a hold breaks at half and mash the gas hard then release breaks slowly?

As for the water just light rain, more than drizzle but less than pouring.

Hold the brakes half way.
Give it lots of gas WHILE holding the brake at about the HALF position.
You will start to move forward since the gas is overpowering the brakes, so slowly and slightly start to move the brakes from HALFWAY to a little bit more brake to get a solid hold while still allowing the tires to smoke.
Then once they're smokin' and hummin, slowly let out the brakes to where you will start to creep foward(you will not always go straight, sometimes sidewards but no biggy) and once you wanna finish the burnout, fully let out the brakes and fly foward, letting out the throttle once you've had your fun.

Question to Yahoo auto blog
Q The other day I street raced my Honda Accord. When I launched off the line from neutral, I heard what sounded like nuts and bolts in a blender. Now it doesn't move at all. The car is an automatic. What did I do to my car?

You probably destroyed your transmission when you launched off the line. What happens is when you do a neutral drop into gear while revving your engine at high speed, the transmission gets shocked beyond belief. hard parts inside the transmission get fractured or break. In your case it sounds like you broke some hard parts like a drum, planetary gear set, ring and pinion, carrier or something along these lines. you will probably end up replacing the transmission because of extensive internal damage. Sorry
