Tow Vehicle Upgrade = :-)

The 2011 Armada wasn't up to the task of towing our new 8,000 dry weight TT, so it had to go. I found a great deal on a sweet 2012 F350 Fx4 PSD Lariat in excellent shape. Took it out for it's maiden tow today, and was absolutely blown away with how easily it handled the load. The exhaust brake worked great on the descents, and the 400hp/800 ft/lbs climbed the hills like a scalded cat!

I was also very impressed with the stability and turning angle that was afforded by the ProPride. I had it installed on the Armada, but only took it around the neighborhood. Check out the photos that my helper and I shot today:

The little man looks like he had a great time...sounds like you did too.

I had a Hensley on my TT. Pretty much the same thing since the one guy left and did the one you have.

Great hitching system.

Awesome truck! Great colors too! Looks like you even got a headlight upgrade in the deal. Congrats and welcome to the 6.7 world... Stop in the 6.7 forum sometime. We need more silver trucks there...

Pretty sure they're aftermarket...I didn't even notice they weren't stock when I bought it, but they look pretty badass IMO!

They are aftermarket, and they are known to be of horrendous quality. The designs are all made in China, and sold as whitebox, or more commonly under the Spec-D or Spyder brand. They are typically H1 bulbs behind plastic projector lenses. They throw light everywhere and are very very dim. I'd either look for a pair of stockers, or go for a retroift. The Retrofit Source has HID kits designed as drop in replacements for the projectors that are mounted in there. Most of the time these headlamps do not require being baked open to remove projects. Remove four screws, pull out the old projector assembly, and then use the 4 screws to mount the adapter bracket into the headlamp, followed by the HID projector with 4-6 screws to the installed bracket.

Well, that's not good news...I haven't even driven it at night yet, so I didn't catch the issue.
