351W running black

I have a 1993 E350 van..351W EFI engine, engine has 20K on it since installed ...and I cannot find out why it runs so rich..heavy black exhaust..that it has no power, lots of water vapor with it..what a mess.....barely will pull itself, ruins new plugs in minutes...it runs fair and even when cold.but as soon as the engine is warm..it runs this way.rough and heavy missing and downright poisons all near it...,
I've changed out all that is called for on the computer...I am about to change the Mass Airflow Sensor...does anyone have or has had this same problem...all else seems Ok..timing..new rotor and distributor cap...new temp. sensor...plugs, wires, etc..any help or thougths..greatly appreciated..and yes...I like to work on my own vehicles..
thanks..

Have you checked the PCV valve and the emissions line running from it? If you are having large amounts of water vapor still in the engine, then it seems that your PCV avalve may not be working correctly.

Other thoughts are:
ECT Sensor
ACT Sensor
Have you checked for codes?
FPR is bad, could have a ruptured diaphram allowing for raw fuel to be sucked directly into the intake
Also, may want to plug all vac lines and confirm diagnosis for vac leaks.

EDIT: Scratch the ECT sensor as I re-read that you changed it already. Go over the above list and let us know. Also when did this condition presnt itself? Overnight, randomly, or started to get worst over the course of (X) amount of time.

I would suspect the MAF sensor, and the HEGO sensor if you haven't already changed that.

Put a fuel pressure gauge on it. The fuel system should build 42-45psi with a couple primes of the pump and it should hold it of course. If the pressure is higher you have a fuel line restriction. If the pressure drops immediately you have stuck open injectors. Both of these will cause a stupid rich problem.
