you didnt give much helpful info. Is it out of gas? Is your battery dead? Is your alternator working? Did you just put a new carb on it? Have you done a tune up? Check fuel filter and spark plugs and change if necessary. Set float level and idle speed and mixture. Clean or rebuild carb if necessary.
