navigation dvd stuc

the navigation does want to come out of the unit. it will only come out about an 1/8th of an inch. Not enough to grab it and pull it out. Is there something i can do to make it come out?

You might try pulling the fuse or disconnecting the battery for a little bit. Some people have stated this shocks it back into working.
