P/S issues

I run 37's and dual stabilizers. I have a very difficult time turning the wheel when stopped and was wondering if this is a problem alot of you have or is it because I have the aggresive mud tires and dual stabilizers or if the pump and/or box is going bad/weak? Any ideas?

Thanks
Joe

Did this just start, Joe? Or did you just install the 37's and new stabs?

I have 35 tires and I also have a hardtime from a stop to really crank them to say go the other direction

Im shure that dual stabilizers makes it even harder

Im going to try and shop vac the fluid out and fill with new with a drive cycle inbetween flushes
I do it to my other rides
the shop wanted 100.00 bucks for this and only 1 vacum and fill couldnt beleive it when he told me the price of a power steering flush he tried to call it

To be honest with you....i dont recall when it started. I have had thid setup for 7 years and never really gave it much thought. My buddy from work has the same setup and when he drove my truck he mentioned his is not that difficult.....other than that it steers fine. Im not sure if its even worth wortying about. One thing is certain....when the ground is wet or im in dirt it turns flawlessly at a stop.....it must be the bfg mudders just gripping the ground

I'd do a suck and refill of the PS system.....or better yet follow the drain and fill method for the PS up in the "bible"......
