If your set on dropping the transfer, Im sure that would help too but on a divorced T-case, your front driveline will hang lower too and on that setup, the front drive line already hangs kinda low. I guess its your choice as to what your willing to do to to get away from the drive angles.

Here
Here is your u-joint angle (this is just a rough idea what Im talking about )

This would be what the angles would look like with a CV joint.

The angle coming off the transfercase would only be half what they are, the second u-joint would take up the other half of the angle

i did the opposite. the stock case and bracket hangs WAY to low. front driveline is very low. I actually removed the stock bracket and cut a hole in the floor and actually built a new bracket and raised the tcase about 6" over stock. I have 4 degree shims in the front end, and i cut the axle perches of and moved them to change the rear angle. my rear driveline is at about a similar angle to yours and i have zero issues. I also have a 3" block in the back.

Looks like you have the stock transfer case Brace bar on there, there should be 3 holes in the bracket on the t-case, and when you move the rod to different positions it will push the back of the case down and bring the front end up. the stock bracket and bushing allow plenty of give to move the case. I solid mounted to the bracket i built and also ran a brace on it.

Since I used a HP D60 my driveline is way up out of the way now. I'm not worried about anything hanging low. I'm 6'2 and I can sit under the truck in most places without touching anything with the 37's on. The 40's will be 1.5" higher.

I know what a double cardon joint is I'm just trying to avoid having to do anything with the rear drive shaft. I still have a front one to get made up .

Are you talking about a highboy truck? If so then you have the 4" and 3" stacked? If not then I'm a whole lot higher than that with (2) 4" blocks and a 11 ply spring pack.
If it doesnt vibrate I will let it alone. I will know friday hopefully.
