I've seen it do that before sometimes. Other times it doesn't. It's nothing to be concerned with and it doesn't generate any codes or faults when it does it.
well this is gonna be a bit long, took truck out of service about 10 months ago, steering issues, so i took it to a friends garage to replace the front end parts, got it close on alignment and tried to leave to take back to alignment shop to get it prperly done, could pull itself up the hill to get out, took me four times with it floor to litteraly craw out, no boost very little rpms maybe 1500 0r so, but no smoke either, so i pulled the cat punched it out new unrestricked down pipe(3"} ebpv removed and new upgraded inlet hoses to turbo, did get one code and that was a oil temp senser out of range put a new one in, starts fine but on throttle up at on the way up its seems like its missing, seems smove at idle but will burn your eyes after a few minutes of idle, at higher rpms , and when you get to 2500 and get back out of the throttle , it just sounds and feels like its missing, when driving most of the time i now get more boost than before, 1997 289000,i owned since new, worked on my two 6 liters alot more than the 7.3 hellp
ok, i actually have a set of gaskets off my 99 international from an engine replacement i did a year ago, ill be trying that. Thank you, heve a good weekeng!!!
