HELLO ALL. I have a 1999 F250 Super Duty with the 7.3 I just recenty bought this truck and it runs great (or did ) I put about 1000 miles on it with no problems then one morning the ac quit working, I got to work checked fuses and all were good, then truck wouldn't start no power to fuel pump, after 2 days of checking fuses and wiring it just started and worked fine, I changed blower motor and ac worked great again for 1 day then Ac worked while parked at idle but when in gear gas pedal would quit off and on, then all gauges quit working, door locks keeps locking and unlocking, door alarm sounds continous pedal quit completely, still runs idle only but nothing else, I changed all the fuses and relays I have checked most of the wiring all grounds are tight and no visible shorts, any ideas, Thanks

 

Wasn't in a flood was it, did you buy it from a dealer? If you did buy from a dealer did he give you any kind of warranty...

Has it been raining where you live lately? Your windshield may be leaking at the left corner allowing the GEM to get wet. Is your carpet wet under the pedals?
The GEM is located just behind your under dash fuse panel.

 

No no flood that I am aware of and we havent had any rsin to speak of, it just started all of a sudden and went from the ac to everything in less than a week, does the GEM control all these accersorys

 

The man I bought it from has owned it for 5 years and said he never had any problems.
