Does it only do this with AC? Do the front vents work with just the vent on? I've only owned my expedition about a month so not very familiar with them. Is there anything else not working? Reason I ask is these have a couple of fuses in them that deals with the climate control system and the blowers. The only fuse I have listed in my owners manual that controls just the "climate control front blower" is fuse number 105 in the power distribution box drivers side under the hood. Pull it out and test it. There are a couple other fuses listed under the dash but they control more than just the blower.

yeah well i took it to the dealership today and they said that my vaccum hoses had acid on them from my battery. Now the ac work fine until u get on the interstate and accelarate and it blow out the defroster and then when u take ur foot off the gas it blows normal. I guess im going to be taking it back cause that not normal.
