If that's all your sheet listed, your truck is actually pretty basic.
Some of the options listed in my 1980 brochure that you do not seem to have, or at the least your build sheet does not show:
-Bright box rails for 8' Styleside pickups.
-Convenience group
-Electronic Digital Clock
-Light group
-Tool Storage Box
-Auxiliary Fuel Tank
-Handling Package
-Engine block heater
-Camper and Trailer Special packages
-Dual horns
-Fog lamps
-Security group
-Exterior Protection group
-Tie-Down hooks
-Power windows and locks
-etc.
For example, my build sheet was two columns long, with about 19 items listed. And my truck used to be a Custom trim truck. Your option sheet may be missing a few things, or maybe not.
-Bright Tailgate Release Handle
-Chrome Grille
-Upper Bodyside Protection Moulding with vinyl insert
-Wheelip Mouldings
-Brushed Aluminum Tailgate applique with black letters and black tape stripe at the bottom. (Styleside)
-XLT emblem on sides of cab
-Color key cut pile carpet
-Carpeted lower door trim panels
-Cloth Headliner
-Bright Ranger XLT applique on instrument panel
-Bright Aluminum door scuff plates
-Passenger Door Courtesy Light Switch
-Bright Accent on door trim Panels
-Cigar lighter and Ashtray light
-Woodtone accents on instrument panel and horn pad
-Color Keyed Seat Belts
-Fully Covered Seat Back
Etc... Your mouldings could be different if you have one of the Tu-tone options.

What is convenience group? That is one that i forgot to list.
The Convenience Group:
-Intermittant Wipers (Turn wiper **** to the left etc...)
-12" Day/Night Rearview Mirror
-Moulded Map Pockets on lower doors (Carpeted on Ranger XLT)
-Headlamps On Warning Buzzer
-Courtesy Light Switch for Passenger Door (For Custom)
Hey now...that truck sounds pretty swank to me! Other than the automatic transmission, I'm pretty sure my Custom left the factory with NO options.
The most comon options were:
Rear Bumper
Spare Tire
Radio - Any
Air Conditioning
Ammeter and Oil Pressure Gauges
One of the Many Axle Ratios
6x9 low mount swing lock Mirrors.
V8 engine
Well, OK, I do have a rear bumper. But surely they all came with some kind of a bumper, didn't they? Or was it possible to buy a bumperless truck?
Spare Tire
OK, this explains why there's no spare tire carrier under the truck, and why my grandfather always kept a tire behind the front seat.
Radio - Any
I have an AM radio, but I've assumed it was a dealer add-on, since the area above the radio is blank instead of saying CUSTOM.
Air Conditioning
Got that, but definitely a dealer add-on.
Ammeter and Oil Pressure Gauges
Idiot lights for me!
One of the Many Axle Ratios
Well, yes, I do have an axle ratio. Although I'm guessing that 2.75:1 wasn't something people paid extra to get.
6x9 low mount swing lock Mirrors.
Nope, I've got the *****ty little car mirrors. I have to squint to see anything on the left, and the one on the right is absolutely useless, being flat glass instead of curved.
V8 engine
Nope...good ol' straight six here.
Additionally...I've got some kind of rubber-over-steel flooring, no headliner, and no cigar lighter. The only thing I really wish I had was the cigar lighter.
