trans change question

I recently bought a 99 f-250 7.3L automatic. The trans has some issues and I was wondering... I have a 94 7.3 idi auto with a brand new trans and a locked up motor. I have searched a pile of threads and can't find a solid answer yet. Can I put the e4od out of the 94 into the 99 and it work properly. I know it will bolt to the motor but the big question is the electronics playing friendly and maybe the transfer case bolting up. i was hoping someone could give me a yes or no on this swap. I used to be a member years ago and you guys never let me down. Thanks any info is apreciated.

It will bolt to the engine and the transfer case will bolt to the trans. The electronics won't be able to control it, it is missing two speed sensors that the 4R100 has.
