Bad bad bad. But I will say that on the SRP1 Gary had most of the plots and ports oversized. So depending on which one it is it can probably be oversized but I'm not sure how much work it would be!
Hey guys, Thanks so much for all your help! Found out today after speaking with Joey@ terminator engineering that I can indeed repair the plug threads on my hpop! There are in fact 2 ways that he himself uses to make this repair. One is with the use of a heli-coil, and the other is to tap it out and rethread it with a 3/8 pipe tap. Not sure which I'll decide to use to repair ,or if I'll choose to buy a new pump. I've been told my pump with 195000 could be a bit tired....... Thanks again guys Bill

sorry took so long but it was Pensacola Diesel. I bought injectors from them roughly 50,000miles and everyone of my injector o-rings that seperate fuel and oil rotted away, uvch gave me misfires on six cylinders. And now I am on my second pump in 2 months..... needless to say its on the way back for a refund and I am debating about going after them for labor.
They dont have the best reputation in the diesel business, thats for sure. If more people would come on to the forums and ask questions, they would get sent in the right direction and not get ripped off like u did. Hope you get you rrefund.
