Speedometer to Kilometers

I am from Canada and bought a 2006 Ford F350 in the US and want to get a new speedometer or somehow show Kilometres in bigger numbers and miles in smaller - any ideas?

Yes That is what I am thinking but if I buy a metric one and install will it convert over coorectly and not loose and info.

Learn MPH. Or get a replacement cluster. Or get a gauge overlay - but those are tacky. The US clusters still have km/h on them. I personally want MPH only without the metric system BS on my cluster.
