locating DPFE sensor
thats correct.it does go into a plastic conduit with a red and black...i followed that conduit behind the manifold.then up to the top of manifold and only the red and black plug into the tree port. The other ends of the black and red connect to some tin can looking thing....... not sure what happened to the green one along the waybut did nto feel it connect to anything. the whole reasoning for this is to be able to go take it to be inspected ( I live in Texas) but thought they wouldnt pass it if that code comes up.then someone told me that it doesnt matter about that with thsi old of a truck as they hook up to it differently than new cars..?
The black should not go to the tree, it should go to those three solenoids and the green should go to the EVR solenoid with on of the black lines. The black lines should split to the three solenoids.
Here is a diagram the way it should be:

it looks like the red and black lines connect to the tree port..and the other ends of the red and black.connect to a tin can looking thing. the green one off egr connects in the plastic conduit with the red anbd black. but i never see where the green one ends....only the black and red cone from back of manifold and up to tree port.
ok just got your last post wasnt sure if my last one sent.... looking at diagram you just sent./
