V10 removal

Anyone removed a v10 from a 06 f250?
with a cherry picker ?

What or where did you hook on to it with chains or did you build a bracket that bolted on somewhere ?

just curious ,my sons 06 may need to come out .

I made this to pull my 2000 V10 out, it's a little over-kill for the job but it's what I had lying around. There are mounting bolt holes on the driver front and passenger rear of each head to bolt brackets and pull the engine. However, getting to the rear is almost impossible. I have a step by step write-up if you're interested. Good luck.

Hi you said you have a step by step write up on pulling the V10 out?.
I will be pulling mine out this week,shop told me they come out the bottom which i dont see how that would work? if i could get your write up that would be great!!! Thanks!
