Horn Problems Need help

yeah then thats the thing im looking at. to me it doesnt look bad. but i have notice that when my horn was working properly it was very sensitive. if i just brushed my forearm arcoss it like if i was turning the wheel, the horn would beep. i dont know if that really means anything. any suggestions on what to do? i.e. dealership maybe

that looks fine to me. it doesnt look like its folded or anything. i have notice since i got the truck that the horn was very sensitive like if i just brushed my forearm against it when turning my horn would go off. i dont know if that means anything. any suggestion on what to do? i.e. dealership maybe
