Final Charge® Global Extended Life
Final Charge Global Extended Life Coolant features a patented Organic Acid Technology (OAT) formula that delivers total cooling system protection for 600,000 miles of on-road use (6 years of 12,000 hours or off-highway use) without the use of Supplemental Coolant Additives (SCAs). The only maintenance required is the addition of Final Charge Extender at 300,000 to 400,000 miles of on-road use (3 years or 6,000 hours of off-highway use). When required, you should also top-off the cooling system with Final Charge or Final Charge 50/50 Prediluted Global Extended Life Coolant/Antifreeze.
Final Charge is a phosphate-free, silicate-free, nitrite-free and borate-free globally formulated coolant which uses proprietary organic corrosion inhibitors to provide superior wet sleeve liner cavitation and corrosion protection of all cooling system metals. Additional advantages of using Final Charge Coolant include:
One Gallon (U.S.)
3.78 Litre (Canada)
•Fully compatible with all coolant technologies
•Eliminates the need for SCAs and coolant filters, saving time and money
•Provides superior long-term elastomer compatibility
•Patented formula is compatible with all water qualities and prevents hard water scale dropout
•Long term corrosion protection for aluminum, copper-brass, cast iron, steel and solder alloys
•Patented formula, with contamination tolerant additives (CTA's), can be mixed in any proportion with other coolants with no detrimental effects to corrosion protection. To realize Final Charge Coolants maximum protection, contamination levels should be kept below 25%
Meets or exceeds the performance requirements of the following specifications:
•CAT EC-1
•Cummins
•Detroit Diesel
•Mack Truck
•MTU
•Navistar B-1
•International
•Volvo
•Mercedes DBL 7700
•ASTM D-3306
•ASTM D-4656
•ASTM D-5345
Final Charge Coolant is a diesel specific coolant recommended for use in heavy-duty engines. It is also recommended for use in the cooling systems of all types of industrial internal combustion engines, including systems containing large amounts of aluminum.

ok thanks
i take it its made by peak but what does the elc stand for?
i dont have the time or money to do a complete system flush and it looks like this stuff can be mixed with other coolants, so let me ask you a question. do you think this sounds ok or a good idea. i plan to do oil changes every 5k so every time i do change i am planning to also change fuel filters and pull off the bottom radiator hose and refill with nonsilicate anti freeze 50/50 mix like elc? i figure after a few times it will be mostly the new stuff
