Hi everyone, I ordered some of the Rotunda coolant test strip packs as mentioned on prior posts. Ordered on July 8. Order has been "pending" on Rotunda's ecom site since then. They don't respond to email and the phone tree choices has no "customer service" extension.
Has anyone had probs getting anything from Rotunda lately? Kinda gettin' tired of pushing the "OK" button to check coolant additive every time I start the truck.
I called Rotunda today. Test strips (328-00001 & 328-00008) are on back order and they're filling orders with the available product as soon as they get the product from the supplier (accustrip?). I ordered on 7/8 today is 7/25. Says they're looking at another 1 to 2 weeks to catch up. I assume I'm competing for availability of the strips with dealers too. I decided not to cancel my order and wait it out.

another update. I havent had time to test the coolant. I had a warranty item with the fluid leaking on the rubber mat from the motor that moves the pedals or the brake pedal itself, so I took my truck into the dealer this morning. I gave them my strip packages and said to use these. Turns out the dealer didn't have any of the Rotunda/Accustrip tests in stock. They were happy I showed them the correct strips to order. Tests were fine. They refilled the coolant tank a little as well.
All that to say - check with your dealer before you go to make sure they have the correct strip tests in stock.
