2011 escape running lights

Does anyone know if the daylight running lights can be turned on in the computer? Is there a kit to install them if not?

This has come up before but I haven't looked at a '11MY manual but earlier models mention nothing about enabling DRL. Now that being said, in Canada, DRL is the law, so there must be a way. I assume your dealer can do this.
