Gearhead or tweaker?

i'm a young gun (24), shoot i was like 14 when the first fast and furious movie came out, and i love technology, i love technology on old vehicles (however my falcon still sports a 1bbl carb, manual choke, and points btw) I am still most definitly a gearhead rather than a "tweaker" though (meth jokes aside) most of my vehicles are or have been from 1984. however, i'm not sure why 1984...
I have a GPS (easier to track), along with a stack of topo maps (alot easier to plan and look at)
I have a cell phone, which I hate (leave me alone!) but I love cb's
interstate is great for time, but i'll take backroads and scenic routes whenever possible.
we haven't all gone the way of the dodo (funny story, In a brain dead trance accidentely wrote something else there...)
