Weber conversion
'just found something that might be of interest. Weber carbs @piercemanifolds has a conversion kit for stock 1bbl.. to 2bbl weber carbs. They also have (just) a 1 to 2bbl adaptor. There's even a pic of an old ('65 - I think) Ranchero I-6 with the setup running (in the "My Weber" gallery). I'll post again when they get back to me on $$$'s.
This could be an option for those of us who have to deal with the smog ****'s (for a few more years - for me at least).

Weber conversion
I see that Clifford has the adaptors too. Stock 1bbl - to 2bbl Holley OR Weber - at $58 a pop. I was just thinking that this would be an option for folks who don't want to or CAN'T (smog *****) convert to the aluminum intake/2bbl or 4bbl carb and headers.
