pulling rear axle

ok the diff cover is off

the clamp holding the bearing is off

Now is there a C clip and how do I remove it?

Take the center cap off there should be I believe 5 bolts remove them and the axle will slide straight out.

AXLE REMOVAL

Everything is done externally. Remove the hub cap. Remove the 8 bolts on the axle flange, and pull out the axle shaft. No reason to go inside the rear end assembly.
