This might be hard to believe because its hardly ever talked about on here and thats my water/meth injection by coolingmist. I've just covered 5,000 miles in the last couple of months pulling my 16K 5er (just had it weighted) and I'm just in awe on the killing of the high EGT's. It works better then the IC but I have that too. When I'm at 70mph and topping a hill pouring the coal to it, it will stay at or under 1,200* a lot lot longer then before. I don't have to kick the cruise off and downshilf nearly as much as before.

Several years ago I got the baby beans, I wish now I had just gotten the stage 1's. Don't get me wrong, I love the performance and power of the babies but, you know, WE ALWAYS WANT MORE, right Jason?

my best mod is my 4 pos chip. i love it. it really wakes the truck up and makes it even more useful than before. with that being said most ppl feel the same way so i will throw another one out there, which comes in at a close second.

i LOVE my OBA. i never thought i would end up relying on it so much but the ability to compress and store air while on the go really opens up some doors. it was worth the time and effort for the sheer fact i dont have to try and find a gas station with an air pump if a tire gets low. i can also run air tools, most importantly an impact. i have stopped more than once to help someone in a parking lot or side of the road to change a tire. half of them had flat spares... go figure! they all looked confused when i whipped out my impact and yanked the air hose from under the truck. i actually scared one old lady, she thought it was a gun. hahaha, i had to explain.

the one mod i kick myself for is the hpop. i swapped in a 17* pump i bought new a few years back and really never saw any performance gain and if i am really in the throttle i can still throw a cel. i dont think swapping in the hpop was the worst mod, but for the time and money spent i would not do it again! i should have just done a terminator or similar mod instead

as far as i know there is no kit available, esp for those of us with IC's. i had to cut and re-work the IC tubes to fit around my compressor, which is a used York 210. came off an old Volvo car that used it for A/C. made a mount (which looks horrible, i need to take some plans and plate to a machine shop and have them make me one right) that sits right next to the alternator. be aware... i had to massage my hood support with a hammer due to the size of the pulley. i didnt take hook clearance into account when i mounted it. oh well. it would be easy enough to rotate it 90* if you dont have an I/C.

That is the mod I'm going to do, just need more time and money. Got the York, but gotta move the batteries and IC tubing. That will be my favorite when I get it done. I've got both Tims and your writeups just gotta do it.

As of now, my favorite are the injector upgrade/chip combo. Like driving a different truck! The only negative thing is the same thing as cutts, I put a stock 17 in and it helped, but should have waited a little while, got another and had joey mod it for less than I paid for the stock one the first time! At least I sold that one and got some of my money back.

York OBA and rear disc brakes are my top mods so far. Built trans is my latest and its nice too but every time I get in a truck with stock brakes I remember the old days. Then my OBA gets used all the time too. Blow up the pool at home lately, Service calls for customers, Collecting WVO for my biodiesel, you name it its covered!

The power adders are great no doubt. Pretty much every mod I have I love. I probably do wish I didn't have the AD split shots but I didn't put those in and I haven't had a trans that could handle anymore so I haven't changed that. Someday......

switching to 3:55s from 4:10s with a zf5 behind it from the beggining was the BEST. i can fully use my engines power now instead of having a 2 second blast of power, sumbich PULLS the whole rpm range now. now i cant wait to see what my turbo does when i get to ordering!
