I have a 2004 6.0 F250 with 160,000 on it. Here the last week the AC has quit on me a few times today it quit several times, and its like 110 here in OKC...
I had a buddy check the Freon and it was fine, I then checked the Fuzes and they all looked fine. I called a local AC place and he was saying that it was proly the "Switch" on the AC line???? or that I had to large of a Clutch Gap.
Can any of ya'll lead me to a "how to" on that Switch? or any other ideas??
All the AC shops are like 2-3 weeks booked so.....
Well checked it this AM and the Clutch is not even trying to close when you turn the key on. The gap is to large at about .070 SO Im wondering if there is a fan/ clutch switch that needs to be changed??
