I bought my truck and I wasn't given a fob for my door locks. Does anyone know if all f250 lariat crewcabs came with key fobs to unlock the doors? And how would I determine if my truck has the ability to have them? I would like to get one for my truck if possible. Thanks!

If you have automatic locks, you should be able to program a fob. I picked on up on ebay for $20 and programmed it using the directions in the owner's manual.
My 2003 EC had electric door locks, but did not have remote entry. Had to install after market. You can get a Build sheet from Ford and it will tell you if you have them.
Parts Guy ED might do it for you if he has time. (Build Sheet) All dealers should be able to do it, but I guess most of them are not as good as ED,
Looked it up in the manual as instructed and it says to turn key forward 5 x and leave on and locks will lock to show it's in the program mode, then press a button on the remote. I assume it would not lock the locks if it doesn't have the option, I assume?

Did you start w/ the doors unlocked? I would think a Lariat has keyless entry... my XLT does.
How to reprogram your remote entry transmitters
You must have all remote entry transmitters (maximum of four)
available before beginning this procedure.
To reprogram the remote entry
transmitters:
1. Ensure the vehicle is
electronically unlocked.
2. Put the key in the ignition.
3. Turn the key from the 2 (LOCK)
position to 3 (OFF).
4. Cycle, eight times, rapidly (within
10 seconds) between the 3 (OFF)
position and 4 (ON). Note: The
eighth turn must end in the 4 (ON) position.
5. The doors will lock, then unlock, to confirm that the programming
mode has been activated.
6. Within 20 seconds press any button on the remote entry transmitter.
Note: If more than 20 seconds have passed you will need to start the
procedure over again.
7. The doors will lock, then unlock, to confirm that this remote entry
transmitter has been programmed.
8. Repeat Step 6 to program each additional remote entry transmitter.
9. Turn the ignition to the 3 (OFF) position after you have finished
programming all of the remote entry transmitters.
10. The doors will lock, then unlock, to confirm that the programming
mode has been exited.
The fob from my old 97 F250 and one from a 2004 F150 worked on my 2006 F350 and also my 2002
If it locked when u cycled the key the you have power locks make sure the battery in the fob is good also if it doesnt take much for the fob to not work if the battery is weak
